“Now that we have returned home from our North American trip, we thought you and your staff deserve a report on our family event at Epulo four weeks ago, when twenty-one of us descended upon you that windy, rainy evening.  Thank goodness Edmonds missed the worst of the storm and you didn’t suffer a power failure!

We must say the evening was outstanding in every respect.   The long table looked great, complete with flowers, wine and apero nibbles, setting the scene for our guests and creating an enjoyable atmosphere.  Your menu provided for every taste.  Your staff were outstanding in serving such a large group in a timely way, and despite the wide variety of orders, to serve them almost all at once.  

We particularly want to thank Laura and her colleagues for looking after us so professionally, with such courtesy and friendliness.  The card for my sister was also much appreciated.

We can honestly say everyone has let me know how much they enjoyed the evening, mentioning the choice and quality of food, the service, the ambiance.  With most of us having traveled some distance, our only regret is it may be some time before we can make a return visit and enjoy some of the other enticing dishes on the menu. Nonetheless, we look forward to our next visit.

Lastly, as hosts, we must say that the cost was very reasonable, excellent value.
