Expo / Busser – PT/FT – WA minimum wage + tips
The Expo / Busser is the backbone of our dining room flow. This role supports servers, bartenders, and the kitchen to make sure every guest experience feels smooth, warm, and dialed-in.
Responsibilities include:
- Running food from the kitchen to tables with accuracy and a sense of timing
- Expo support: garnishing plates, double-checking tickets, and communicating with the line
- Clearing, resetting, and polishing tables so the dining room always looks service-ready
- Refilling water, helping with non-alcoholic beverages, and supporting servers during peak times
- Maintaining sidework, polishing glassware and silverware, and keeping service stations stocked and tidy
- Working closely with the FOH and BOH teams to keep the pace smooth in a busy, upscale-casual environment
Ideal candidates are quick on their feet, detail-oriented, and calm in a fast-paced setting. Prior restaurant experience is helpful but not required if you bring a strong work ethic, curiosity, and a genuine desire to take care of guests. Must be able to be on your feet for the duration of shift and comfortably lift up to 40 lbs.
Schedule & Availability
Evenings and weekends required. Typical shifts are 4–6 hours. We post fair schedules with team input and try to balance consistency with flexibility.
